Thursdays The: Featured Post Winner

Congratulations to Simply Heather for the winning post.

The little tree frog sat impatiently in the old apple tree outside the window. I watched him there, day after day. He'd just sit, almost as if he were trying to tell me something. He was so darned cute! I wanted to go our and let him hop himself right into my pocket but I knew that was a far reach from reality. I wonder what he thought, why he was there, day after day.

The little girl sat in the window staring at me every single day. Why did she look at me that way? No matter how hard I tried to see the wonderful little green home inside, all I could feel was her big blue eyes staring through me. I felt a warmth in my heart begin to grow as she sat there, watching me, day after day after day.

The purple plants alongside the green ones look simply sweet.
