I remember how my parents would rave about having breakfast at a diner. They didn't need a fancy five star restaurant to impress them. Good old eggs and bacon would put huge smiles on their faces. Easy conversation and old jokes seemed to pass the time easily during those family breakfasts at an old diner down the block. That joy for breakfast is a memory I will keep with me always. Simply delicious and satisfying is probably how my Dad would have described his eggs and bacon.
